There isn't a lot I can do to help you. I tried to address the issue with SC but they didn't have any answers for me.

The smiley you posted has unnecessary HTML in it.

I am attaching a notepad document to show what to do. The first paragraph of HTML is good. Anything past the border="0"> is unnecessary.

When using the smiley only use the HTML code up to and including the border="0">

I switched your post around to put the text first. If you put text after the smiley it will display it in blue text as a hyperlink.
