Which is better to use Sun Java or VM Java?It seems that hardly any of the autos work for me. I am trying to get the stoppit one to work for me now but no luck. Hvae tried both Sun and VM for stoppit to work. But I was just wondering now just which Java was best all around to use.

For right now, both of them are better suited to different games. If you read the forums, you will see that different autos work better under Sun or MS JVM, usually depending on what Java the developer used when creating the auto.

However, over the next few years this will change. Microsoft has settled its lawsuits with Sun over Java. The decision was made to phase out MS JVM through 2007. Microsoft will only be making bug fixes and security updates, but no new development will go into MS JVM. By 2007, we should all be migrated over to Sun's Java Runtime Engine (JRE). I am only guessing here, but I believe that there will be no MS JVM released with the next version of Windows.

My personal experience is that Sun's JRE is eights-and-aces over Microsoft's JVM, but this is just my opinion.
