I did what you said and it still does not work.  I am not sure what to do now and I think I have tried everything that people have told me to do, except empty my taskbar tray.  I and not disable what is on my taskbar.  Thanks Mayhem

six i  downloaded the sun java plug in like you told me the new version and then tried it again and still the same thing is happening so then i tried it unchecked and it still does'nt work this time i let it run for over 15 min and same thing on my screen just cursors running across and down my screen no puzzle pieces moving just back and fourth but not together so obviously this program just does'nt work on my computer but ty for all the help  :) very much appreciated all the feedback.
