hi Oscar a little help please i have the game set to fastest speed and i statred the game to play 3 hrs ago and all i needed was 5 games to reach next rank which = 20 games won well after 3hrs all it was able to complete was 3 games which =15 when you brake game down 3 games in 3hrs on fastest that cant be right i posted a question yesterday and no Adm or teck answer it only a member please look into this for me it seems to slow it players good but 3 games in 3 hrs that just cannot be right

It's hard to answer technical help questions when you don't give us any information about your pc. See below.

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 200, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better

hi homer my computer is windows xp pro,screen res =1024x768 color is 32 bit java is 1.4.2_06 brouser is msn or i use aol too dont know where to find smothe adge settings and nothing is happing when progream startsit starts fine ram is 512

as far as smoth edges dont know where to find setting on computer
when phlx helpewr starts it starts fine just running so so slow its realing crawling like i said in org post 3 games in 3hrs that is slow

Here's a few suggestions.

To check your smooth edges of fonts go to Control Panel, Display, Click on the Appearance tab and click effects the box for smooth edges should not be checked. If it is uncheck it.

To check your java click on the Tools section of your browser go to Internet Options, click the Advanced tab. Scroll down until you see Java Sun and Microsoft VM. If Sun Java is checked uncheck it. Under Microsoft VM the only thing that should be checked is....JIT Compiler.
