Can someone please advise

This morning I sent an email asking if Whomper and Madjong were updates to Word Whomp and Mahjong Gardens.  If they were updates, I gave my codes and asked for passwords.  The message was read around 11 AM my time but no response received.  At 2 PM, I sent another request, thinking perhaps my email was messed up and I just didn't receive the response.  This message was also read, but again no response.  I purchased the entire package and the email was sent from the email given when I purchased the package.  It's my understanding from posts on this site that if you have purchased the package and correspond from the email addy used when purchasing, then a receipt is not required.  Can anyone tell me what I need to do to be able to use these programs and why the emails are being ignored?  Thanks for your help.

Thanks, I'll do that.  I know I read somewhere on this site that customers who purchased the entire package were identified by their email address and badgehelp knew who they were, and I've never had to send a receipt before.  Maybe their customer base has grown to the point where that is no longer the case.  Sure hope this works.  Thanks again.

AND to all the programmers and badgehelp people ... you all do an absolutely wonderful job and the programs generally work without a hitch.  Great work!!!  I know I'm a customer for life or until I get too old to collect badges  O0

No windsong, you are right.  If you are using the email address that you had when you originally purchased your auto with, you should be OK.  But of course it never hurts to have that receipt.

If you're not sure you can go to http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.htm and read the instructions.  Just make sure you follow them exactly.  And keep in mind that if you are not simply sending in codes, it takes longer to get a response.  You might just want to send the codes and see what happens.

Thanks for letting me know that because I sent in a lost code email to badgehelper waiting for him to answer me back. I wonder if it is just easy to just buy it over again... I will help and see what happens first.

Thanks everyone.  And Jeffer, I did use the same email addy I had originally purchased the autos with.  I've since sent another email, along with $145 worth of receipts and now I have my codes.

All is well in badge-a-holic land :-)
