Kinda disappointing tho cause not our fault they screwed up lol.

how do u email pogo i have tried but keep failing
i may sound dumb but what the heck ???

yes i agree and it looks like we we sent the same kind of email to them as well..i ended up sending 3 responses/updates to them cause they kept sending an automated response and kept dodging the question, so i sent them a screenshot of the completed cases and that was the final response. I love it the way they so that....lol...now i just wish they would send me a response on other things, like...does anyone know how to change the PW in the help section of pogo?

Go to your account info tab - and then click EDIT PASSWORD.

When you log in, you have to log in using the email address and pw that is on your file with the screenname that you are currently on.  Then you will be able to ask a question.  Hope this is helpful.

romeo, if you have a certan problem with pogo, you can browse the help section in pogo and try and find an answer, but beware, if you dont find and answer and proceed to the ask a question part than they will just send you and automated response that was already in the help section and 99.9% chance it still wont answer your question, my best advice is, if you do send a help question or any question at all, attach all documents that may be needed and be as specific as possible, apparently they CAN NOT read between the lines and dont be suprised if you have to update the incident(problem) several times before you do get a straight answer.

Lusty? are you referring to the PW for the general pogo area?...what i need to know is how to change the PW for the help section specificaly. Its differant than the one for Help section and general pogo area.

persistance always pays off romeo, never stop emailing if you dont get an answer the first several times, just the next time be more specific and add more of your thoughts.

well i just hope that since they realize they messed up that we dont pay the price for it by losing all our progress that we made in the puzzles   :P

i hope cause i finished the march puzzle, it would be a shame if i had to do it all again, but knowing pogo,ill  have to do it all again... :(
