WC Solo

I remember last time there was a challenge for world class solitaire alot of people were having a problem with a run time error on world class solo, I didnt have a problem with it at all during that challenge. Now all of a sudden when I click on wcsolo it gives me the run time error 5 message, what do i do to fix this?

Sorry forgot to add some info about my pc

1) Operating system - Windows XP
2) Browser - Internet Explorer/ aol
3) Color setting 32 bit
4) Screen resolution 1024x768
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts - unchecked
6) What Java you are using - 1.5.0
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program- just gives the run time error 5 message

HI, i am having the same problem with run-time error 5, have reinstalled new version and still no help----Please anyone have any ideas on how to correct this problem?

Could you try downloading the auto again?  I am not sure if this will help, but it is worth a try.

My WCS doesn't work in IE with msjava but works brilliantly in Mozilla with sun ..so those with sun java might want to try this

WCS worked fine for me. I had to reformat my computer I put in the code played a game all was fine. Now the challange this past week for some reason said the time expired  :o I found the code again to put it in, now it either says NOT RESPONDING or it says it's the wrong code?

I purchased Matchmaker with the promise of refund due to problems with the trial time not working. I asked for refund or code to WCS, I got the code to WCS (I have that mail) I don't use the Matchmaker as the WCS replaced it.
The purchase reciept will show Matchmaker but it was replaced with WCS due to the program not working. Now that Im thinking about it I should have gotten the refund andpurchased WCS separately.  :-[

And when you paste the password, make sure there is no blank space at the end. There is a known issue where a blank space at the end will make the auto freeze up.
