Poppit Not Working Anymore

I went to the lost registration link because I reformatted my pc and now my poppit auto doesnt work.  I have sent my receipt to the other email links for badgehelp with no response...can anyone help me?

there is a new poppit auto coming out. Go to the topic right below this and you will see how good this new one is. I think the deal is if you have bought the old one you can get the new one for free but dont quote me on it.
