Hi I received an error that read as follows "runtime error 2147220990 (80040202) No wild balls for the free slot!) - the programs gives this error message then stops until you press ok, then it shuts down the auto program.  I tried to report it through the report button but being I have AOL it wouldn't let me send it to Bob that way, so I figured I'd do it this way.  Thank you so much.

Hi Beanie!

I really need a screen shot of the board when that happens. I suggest you sign up for a free yahoo email account to use for support.

Thanks,
Bob

Hey Bob,
How do I take a screen shot,  when this problem happens it wont allow me to "report problem" until after it closes out then I have to restart the auto and hit report problem but by then the problem is already gone from the screen.  Hope that makes sense.  Thanks for the suggestion about the email- I was trying to figure out who and how to use another free email.  I'm kinda stuck to AOL since I am a computer and internet dummy and they bascially baby you.  Sorry if this sounds stupid but I'm honest.

I know that Im not Bob -

But to take a screen shot hold down the CTRL key and press the PRINT SCRN Key ... That will take a screen shot of your completed desktop screen.

Hi Beanie,

Either use Report Problem or use the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard to take a screen shot. After pressing 'Print Screen', you have to open MS Paint (Start->Programs->Accessories->Paint) and then paste the captured image (Edit->Paste). If Paint asks whether to increase the size, answer Yes. You can then use Paint to obscure any personal information and then save the captured image as a .bmp file and email me the file.

I don't need to have the error message in the screen shot as long as you tell me what the error says. What I need to see is the arrangement of the balls and cards on the Lottso board.

Thanks,
Bob
