Problem with new jigsaw 3.2v

It builds the first column then starts building the bottom.Puts 2 pieces together then magnet moves the whole thing over a couple spaces and auto tries to put pieces together when the side is moved.Anyone else having this problem? Have tried sun and VM java.It's on slowest setting too.All the way on slow.

On sun java it doesn't read pieces right putting them into the piles.On VM it puts them in right piles.On both javas it moves the border over and  it can't put pieces together.Is there something I'm doing wrong here? All help very much appreciated.
