Error message

I downloaded Robottso the other day.  I went to try it and it says has caused an error in kernel32.dll.  Will close now.  So I just went out of it. Later on, last night I tried it and your message that jackbot was available came up and then the  program started.  So I ran it for a little while.  Shut the computer down.  This morning tried to go into the auto again and the same error. I can't get it to work.  I went out to dll-files.com and they don't seem to know what's wrong either.  Would you have any ideas.  Your other autos work for me except Aces up and the Jackbot they all have the same error.

I have checked for virus with trendmicro and nothing.  Been in touch with dll-files.com they had me do numerous things also.  They can't seem to figure it out..  I have puchased all your autos and they all run except them three.  It's just really strange.
