Hi,
Just wondering how you do a screen shot.  I tried to hit my print screen-- nothing, tried control print screen- nothing.  What am I doing wrong?  I have XP, 512, 80 hd.  Thank all you smart people in advance.   ;)

Helen

You need to hit control/print screen at the same time. Then, go to start, program, accessories and open up paint. After you open up paint, go to edit and then paste. It will then appear. After you've done it for a few times you will get the hang of it. After you've pasted it, then go to file and save as and then save it where you want it and will be able to find it. Hope this helps you.

***BEFORE SENDING A SCREENSHOT TO POGO BE SURE ALL AUTO PROGRAMS ARE HIDDEN AND CAN'T BE SEEN***

Verify that the window you wish to capture is the active window. Press and hold the Alt key and press the PrtScn key.

For this example we are using the tnsping test in a DOS Command Prompt window.

The active window will be copied to the clipboard.

From the Start menu, select Programs, select Accessories, and click Paint.

From the Edit menu, click Paste.

The screenshot is pasted into the Paint window.

From the File menu, click Save As.

From the Save in: dropdown menu click Desktop, and enter a File name for your file.

Click Save.

Your screenshot is now ready to be sent as an email attachment to support.

I was interested in the screen shots mainly for problems that I may have with the autos for the programmers to see- do I still need to get the auto out of the screen shot or don't they have information the programmers may want to see.  For example the "robottso" it gave me some type of error about not having an extra ball to fill a blank space.  So I really need to take a shot of the whole thing including the auto at work right? Thanks for the clarification...  :-*
