Robottso error

Hello, here's an interesting message I just got while using Robottso this morning:

                Run-time error-'2147220990(80040202)':
                       No Wild Balls for free
                                Slot!
                             Click OK

When I clicked OK, Robottso shut down. It's running now, flawless as usual. Just thought you'd like to know.

I got this error for the first time yesterday too.  It has been playing fine ever since though.  Maybe just a little hiccup.

I had that happen to the first time I got it.  I tried to do a print screen and send to Bob but since I have AOL I couldnt do it til I found another email to do it through.  So, I found another email, now had gmail and you know what- I havent had it happen again, go figure.   ;D  I'm happy since it has been running smoothly.  So I dont know what it was or if it will happen again, but I'm going to trust it wont.  Thanks again to Max for my Robottso.  :-*

If you get an error or experience trouble with Robottso, use the report a problem feature. That way the programmer will get the necessary info. ;)

I would have used "report error" button...but when ever  I've gotten an error code, the only thing I can click is the OK button on the mini error screen. Doing that shuts the program down. ;) Glad to see it wasn't just me. Otherwise it a great program...well worth the money.

That is what happened to me to I couldnt hit the report button- so I think it was either Bob or Oscar that told me to take a print screen of the problem where it happens and send that to him so he can see it.  And if you dont know how to print screen like I didnt- I guess you could do a search on here and find it that way.  I dont explain things too good to tell you sorry.  Hope this helps.  But even more, hopefully it wont happen to you again.   Have a great day  O0

It cant be the speed hon, because I always use the middle speed NEVER the fastest - i'm to paranoid (spelling?) that it will cause too much attention.  So I always do the moderate speed and it happened to me but like I said it only happened once and not since.  Really odd.. Right now it works like a dream, but I also haven't run it over night like I did when it first happened.  Maybe I'll get my nerve up and do that again and see what happens for ya.   ;)

I concurr that it cannot be the speed problem. I run the auto at the 2nd slowest speed setting.

Though I have noticed that auto will sometimes mistake 2's for 9's or 12's. Is it possible that the pixels you are getting color information from match on several balls?

Might not understand what I'm saying... but that's a chance I'm willing to take. :)
