delete the program
reboot your pc
redownload from BH

l have the program and it use to work great, but now when l try it, it says to download the new version and when l try it say to connect, so l cam here and downloaded the one that Homer put the link too and now it says a box with error rogrebcsxg in the top corner then it says  Eaccess/violation  can someone help me.

Good news about the update...

Pogo made a change to the game Tuesday, probably got to wait for BH to fix it.  tumbsup.gif

I'm having problems running Scrabtacular.  It gives an error message stating that the agent is unable to find the game window.  I tried doing an update, but it says it cannot connect to the network.  I have totally loaded Scrabble first before trying to run the auto.

I've tried running it using Firefox and IE

Help! :)
