This is an old problem from at least August 2008. Search "Jigsaw Treasure Hunter". The suggestion at the time was to clear stats and run auto again. It worked for me. I only had problems on one of my two accounts. Seemed like it just took about a week.
Here are my stats.
Since Sep 23, 2008:
Winning Percentage: 73%
Played: 1,744 puzzles
Completed: 1,271 puzzles
Biggest win: 5571
Categories unlocked: 15
Game points earned: 3,736
Pieces Connected: 125,449
Rank: Rank50 (50 of 50)
Random puzzles completed: 120
Total Tokens Won: 793086
You should have ranked out by now.

I had to do this on both of my accounts. It was not that bad.
One hint when you are trying to rank out in Jigsaw Treasure Hunter, make sure that the next rank showing is consistent with the puzzle showing.

- March 26, 2012, 03:52:30 AMJust read in pogo forums that a lot of people are having the same issue of getting stuck at rank 47-48...You have to contact pogo ..pitch a fit and hope they give you the badges....

The problem is that for the last two weeks I have been stuck on rank 48 and am going nowhere.
Does anyone know the exact amount of whatever you need to rank out in???
Something is just telling me I should have been ranked out already.
