You can only get the bingos in the "O" column of the game card.  There are five columns, each column corresponds respectively to the word B-I-N-G-O.   Vertical bingos in the last column (the O column) will count toward the challenge.

I can not figure out the call 22 bingos with "0" numbers. What do I need to do to get this? I have 5 now but I don't know how I got them. This happened on the first game ad I have played for hours without getting any more. HELP please. :)
