that happen to me i just wrote down the correct code and emailed to badgehelp with recpt. and ask for code tell them what happen it happens all the time  :)

Keep the auto open till you get your code from badge help.
write down the code
send it to :replacecode@aol.com
include your proof of purchase   cut and paste it in the body of the e-mail
do not send as an attachment.

And too, sometimes if you copy and paste a code that they send you, there may be an accidental space in front of the code you copied. If that happens, it will say you entered the wrong code.

Its for MadJong... No the code's not the same as when I sent it in... I didnt know that about closing it :(

open the auto and hit register and see of the code is still the same as the one you sent in? some codes change if you close the auto before you get the registration code back from badge help it will not work.

I must of copied down the code wrong or something when i sent for my password because my PW wont work. Im not sure what to do now? Any suggestions?
