When I get that message the code that I sent and the password are at the top of the message.  It they aren't there, something could be messed up at their end.
Give them time and they will get with you.

yes i did 3 times now and all i get back is>>If you have the following old programs you need to delete them as we have upgraded and the old programs will stop working very shortly:

WorldClass Solo
Dotties Dauber
Payday Paycheck
Thieves of Atlantis
Flinkin Pharoah
Bamboozle
Auto Pilot
Robottso
Jackbot
Hogpile
Space Vac

All of these programs are old and new and better ones have been made. Delete all of these and redownload from the website. If you have paid for them, we will give you free upgrades to the new programs. Thanks for being our customer and sticking with us through all the changes.

i reformatted recently and mailed all my details to the address,that was friday morning,all i get back is something telling me to delete old programmes which ive never even used. :-[
