hay jazzy, i have a couple of ideas for ya to toss around.  if u have a scanner, u could scan, then e-mail that scan (with the proof that u paid for the auto on your statement) to pogopal.  or if u had the original e-mail that he sent to you with your reg. code, u could cut and paste that into an e-mail and send it to him.  which ever u choose make sure that u also in the e-mail include your password for your auto so pogopal can e-mail u your reg. code back faster. ;)  gl!!!

Hi jazz,
Maybe you should ask pogopal or EMAIL wordzw ... sometimes wordzw will be nice and give ya the code :-)

I don't know what to tell you. Your best bet is to go to www.pogopal.com

Email them and explain what happened. I don't know how much luck you'll have without a receipt but it's worth a try. ;)

I purchased the program for tri-peaks solitaire several months ago and now I have a huge problem. About three weeks ago my computer crashed and ended up needing a new hard drive. I lost everything and now, of course, I can't use my tri-peaks program. Anyway, It has been quite a while since I paid for the program and I didn't use paypal, but I did pay by credit card, so I don't think I have proof of payment. Does anyone know what I should do? I really don't want to pay for it again. Please help!!!

Thanks all for your help.  I copied the entire paypal transaction details this time and, frankly, I was suprised at how fast my reply was, especially considering the previous 3 e-mails had no response whatsoever.  Once, again, thanks!

When you say you emailed him portions of your receipts I am not sure that will suffice. If all you are sending is your codes you probably won't get much help. You need proof of purchase from either your paypal account or the original email you received as receipt of purchase. If you can not provide this information you are pretty much out of luck. BTW, I do not work for pogopal. I am just trying to help you.

hay goat, i don't have any authroity over this, but from what i read in your posts u still haven't given pogopal your receipts.  i can tell you right now just like homer and myself has stated you will need to go into your paypal history and retrieve your receipts for each code you purchased and e-mail those receipts to pogopal or else u will not get your new passwords.  pogopal needs to see proof of purchase for each code that u need a new password for or else u will not get nothing.  sry, but it is the truth.  maybe that is why u haven't heard anything from him.  hope u can get this resolved, tc.

what do you mean by receipts???  I e-mailed him portions of the e-mails I received when i paid originally but all that did was tell him the codes that I had and their corresponding translated codes.  I thought that might prove that I had originally paid, but like i said, i am just not getting a response, so i don't know if I have sent enough proof or not.  If any body important who has some authority or can get in touch with whoever is in charge of the codes, please reply to this post and let me know what I can do.  Please, I would really like to get this worked out!!! :-\

hay goat.  just like homer said, you will have to access your history thru paypal and get your recepits that way, then e-mail those to pogopal.  just an idea to save time, when you do do this, e-mail him all the new reg. codes for your programs so he can e-mail you back you passwords faster.  gl!!!

If you used paypal you should be able to access your history. This will give what you need to email pogopal. ;)

blinx, how did you provide proof of purchase?  I mean, I still have the e-mails that gave me the codes, and I'm sure they could see my name in a transaction history or something through paypal.  The only thing I could think of is that I have my computer code translated into its registration code, which would confirm that they sent me one.  I'll send an e-mail to oscar@pogopal.com and plead my case there, thanks for all the help!

:)
