I had a 5 yr old when my twins were born.   Twins are 3 and 1/2 now and another due in a month.
Anyways,  just to let ya'll know,  we're moved in,  got power,  cable got turned on yesterday.   Everything going OK so far,   except we got no water.   :x
Something wrong with the plumbing,   we gotta get that fixed,  for now we working with a small drip and warm it on the stove for dishes and sponge baths.   Ah well,  at least we got a roof.

Min, I'm so glad to hear you're almost all settled in. Good luck with everything!!  (especially the new baby on the way)  :)

Well,  I'm getting everything packed up,   we're moving out this weekend.   We're just waiting on the final paper work on the new house,  and my in-laws have a meeting with the lawyer today,   so if we haven't closed on the new house by tomorrow,  then definitly Monday or Tuesday next week.   Our power is being turned on over there on Monday and cable will be on Thursday.  I've got so much to do in the meantime,   soooooo much packing.   Anyone want to come over and help?  LOL

Min, that's good news!! I'm so happy that things worked out for you.  :D
How about I watch the kids for you while you do the packing!!!  :))

That woulda helped so much,  OMG!!   I've had such a day with these kids.  Next door neighbor came over with some boxes,  she's older and lives alone,   so she got to yappin,  and ya know it's hard to get rid of people like that,  so while I'm outside talking to her my 3 yo twins got into the cupboards and got crackers all over their bedroom.   Then they got into my wrapping paper and destroyed all of it.  Then they destroyed the box that I'd packed their toys in.   Basically I've spent all day undoing all the damaged they did,  and repacking everything they unpacked.   I know they're just bored cuz usually I'd be taking them outside for a few hours,  but I know I got a lot to do,  so we were stuck indoors today.  We're not gonna be home much tomorrow or Saturday,   so at least all my stuff will be safe,   then we're moving into the new place Sunday.   We'll have no power Sunday night,  but hey,  no power better than no place to live.   ;::

Wow Min, been a busy day for you. If I could have, I'd have watched them for you. I have twins also and I remember those days!!! It seems rough now but after you're in the new house it will be ok!! Hang in there.  ;)
