I've been following this thread and I'm
wondering why nobody has mentioned
people "buying" tokens.
I've seen a few adverts in some of the
POGO chats with the websites mentioned. :-X

Wouldn't this be illegal according to the
POGO rules?  ::)

We don't discuss the selling of tokens.

Oops...sorry. :-[.   Now I know
why it hasn't been mentioned.

If I have to go to some website and purchase some tokens where my screen name and password must be turned over, then it's not worth it. I believe Pogo mentioned the purchasing of tokens in one of their letters to the editors or Ms. Netti letters but I could be wrong. However, it's really not worth worry about it and the time you have to spend transferring the tokens could be wasted going for badges in other games.

Today I saw a Pogo Member with 197.6 MILLION . . . NO LIE . . . Everyone was asking how (screenname) got the tokens. The person said --- "playing poker" . . . hmmmmmmmmm . . . this person has only been a member since 2004. Interesting . . . so Pogo doesn't "ban" people for racking up the tokens . . .

Happy Gaming . . .  :;'

There is nothing you can do with those tokens except cash 'em in to enter a contest that's going to be won by someone who joined last week so Pogo doesn't care about the tokens. They only bother you if you're lucky enough to win a jackpot so until that happen they won't care.
