I agree with both Nanners and Tara. I have NEVER had a problem with BH, they are great. Whenever I purchase an auto, I always have my password for the autos' within about 1 minute..and I do mean within a minute. And whenever I have had to e-mail them with a specific problem, they have always gotten back to me. Sometimes it takes a few hours, but they are very busy and I have never complained. Also, Jen, whenever you have a problem with an auto and a quesion about an auto, always try sending a ss to badgehelp@aol.com .. Also, post your specs. here whenever you have problems or questions and we will try and help you.
1). Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, Xp, etc.)?
2). Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera, etc.)?
3). Color bit (24 bit, 32 bit, etc.)?
4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768, etc.)?
5). Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6). What Java you are using?
7). What agent are you using? (agent is the name of the auto)
8). What version number is the agent?
9). What specifically is the problem?

I don't really know what your saying because your quotes all in the other quotes, but not everybodys computers are the same. You have to find what settings will work for your computer.

Two people can have the same settings on their computer, that doesn't mean it will work for both of them.  Does that make sense?

and yes, you do try the programs out before you purchase them, noone said you didn't.

I spent 15 minutes trying to read your 5 posts that you have posted this morning.  I only found one of them not to be a complaint.  I'm not complaining about them because everyone is entitled to their own opinion around here.

I just wonder why you are purchasing something your not happy with.  Does this mean after your purchase it, you will complain 5 times a day?  Just curious.  Did you ever stop to think that maybe you didn't have a setting wrong on your auto?  Did you follow the instructions for submitting bugs to Badgehelp?

Your 4 complaining posts all just about say the same thing, and I have to disagree with you.  I have the 150 deal and I don't have all those problems.  If you post in here your specs and your problem, most likely someone here can see what the problem is.

Just my opinion of course.

I still plan on ordering them. I couldn't send out a money order because I was short a few dollars, so I have to wait at least another week. Beside, if there was to be a problem with the auto, you should know that every other auto user would probably have the same problem so you could easily wait for a response to their issue instead of insulting someone who's simply trying to do their job. Also, how do you know you sent it to them? Did you recheck to see if you actually typed the e-mail address right, let alone sent it to the right one? Before you go around insulting someone else, you should probably proof-read to see if YOU are the one who did it to yourself.

Hi,

Is there any other information I need to write in the letter when I order the 150 package? I plan on sending out the money tomorrow through postal and should I send them my e-mail, phone number or any other information for quicker access to the autos or how would I go about getting my passwords to them? I didn't see it on BadgeHelp, so I was just curious. I should have enough cash tomorrow after I cash a few checks, so can't wait to start cheating.  O0

Yes you should send your email address twice in the letter to make sure you put it down correctly and they read it correctly. Your phone number, name and address will be helpful in the event something down the line occurs. Also give them your PogoCheats.net forum name just as a reference. There is no need to attach your Pogo screen name or any passwords.

Alright, thanks Saint.  O0

You can't make a paypal account?  It would be so much faster.  Enjoy your autos when you get them, your going to love them  O0

What's fishy about it? I would think people would be grateful.

I think she (or he) was replying to Mana's comment about the original topic starter.

It would be nice if the quote was included.
