It works fantastic with Firefox as your browser. All of my settings are the same as yours...with that exception!
So perhaps, if you don't like Firefox, you should try what mama suggested, which is using Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MJVM) with IE and try that out.

I know that doesn't help you but want you to know you're not alone. Probably not working as a result of whatever Pogo did on Tuesday during their weekly maintenance.

1) Operating system (XP)
2) Browser (IE)
3) Color setting (32 bit)
4) Screen resolution (1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked (unchecked)
6) What Java you are using (Sun Java)
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program (The program opens and says that it is running, it also finds the game, but just sits there doing nothing)
