even with the layering she still has cracks in her voice during the song, she needs a lot of work or just plainn get out of the industry because she's a failure there.

They went all out on her voice. They took different "layers" of her singing and padded it on one another to get the song you heard. They said she needed MAJOR work to sound as good as she did on her single. I'll find that article I read that from.
