Everyone's is like that. Even though it's in the album, it shows the date of July 23rd, since that's the "official" Pogo 3 year anniversary date. If I'm not mistaken, they did it a week or so early last year too with the 2 year one.
Pogo sets them so we receive them early, although I heard it would be the 18th (Still 5 days early) and not the 11th.

- July 12, 2006, 03:03:54 AMi heard the badge wasnt supposed to be given to us for another 1-3 weeks but they messed up their schedule or whatever and it gave it to us. and that was also the reason the dice city rollers was up but the rooms werent..
