Hi Homer,
Thanks for your help!  It's highly unlikely that they would have that, but I'll look into it.  I appreciate your speedy responces.
Belle

It's worth the phone call. ;)

You can find more info at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html

If you used your credit card you should be able to get the transaction ID from your credit card company. Not sure if they go back 3 years though.

Thank you for responding Lynne.  I purchased this copy at least 3 plus years ago and put it on my credit card.  I'm unsure if I have any documentation on the purchase.  I guess I'm out of luck.  That's sad to, because I loved the program.

Do you have copy of payment like paypal. Cuz upgrades are free. you need to email replacecode@aol.com. make sure there are no attachments because the email will be sent back to you.

Hi, I'm new to using the forums and if this has been addressed before, I apologize.
I have a very old copy of ZipeaksZolitaire that I purchased several years ago.  My husband built me a new computer recently and I was trying to put that copy on my new computer but it's asking for codes like I hadn't ever purchased it.  I'm assuming that it's impossible to change it to another computer, am I correct?  If so, I'm surely going to miss using it.  :-\  Thank you in advance for your help.
