Jay...we will need a little more info to help you out...

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?
     8.) What version number is this agent?
     9.) What specifically is the problem?

I can't get solo to work.

It says that it can't find the game window.

theres a trick tooo getting those 3 win badges   Win 1 game play next game if you don'nt win leave room come back in or a different room... Do not hit new game ..  Keep doing this intell you have the 3 wins

Okay thank you. Don't think solo will help to much with my badge though, I can't seem to get it to win 3 in a row. But thank you for your response.

I have been trying to use the first class solitaire cheat. The one that's called FirstclassFollytaire4. Problem is, it opens but just continues to say waiting. I've used and bought many cheat and this is the only one I have had a problem with. I did try to use the solo one, but that one seems to lose as much as I do, and I am trying to win the badge where you win 3 games in a row. Any help or suggestions?
