well.................. for some unknown reason, after successfully being able to run it on firefox, I switched back to IE and it runs fine now.  Guess it just needed  burping :pp

Delete your auto. Reboot your pc. Go to www.badgehelp.com and re-install.

scared the Y-K-W out of me, I thought I got caught.  But I just can't run the program.... or did I get caught after all?????

1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
XP
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
IE     
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
32     
4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
1024x768     
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
ok this one is a trick question, right?  I click on desktop/appearence/effects and i don't get another screen so i don't get an option to check or uncheck
6.) What Java you are using?
microsoft JIT, but there are three boxes to select.... do I check all three?
7.) What agent are you using?
Thunder Popper
8.) What version number is this agent?
ThunderPopper II
9.) What specifically is the problem?
I get Eacess violation message
