This one is so frickin easy....and effing 'licious.
Creamy Ham and (of course) Potato Casserole:
Preheat oven to 375.
In a big ass mixing bowl, combine the following:
-3 cups frozen Potatoes O'Brien (the peppers and onions ones)
-1 1/2 cups Frozen Green Beans
-1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham (I go the lazy route and buy the John Morrel pre-diced kind)
-3/4 cup of milk
-1 cup shredded mild cheddar
-1 can cream of chicken soup ( I have also used cream of celery and cream of onion)
Mix all that up well; spoon into a greased 8" square pyrex.
Bake for one hour or until bubbly and 'licious.
Enjoy!
Just read this thread (and made mental note that it's here next time I want taters) and I wanna know.... Are you still looking for Pickles in that chit hole kitchen? :))
Jus' wonderin'.....
