Hmm I logged out of my pogo account...but I'm still getting the error msg.  What am I doing wrong ? :OO

It means you tried to paste a link from pogo while still logged into your account. If we didn't have it censored so it wouldn't display correctly anyone could log into your pogo account and do as they please. They could delete all your game progress, have access to personal info and purchase pogo memberships and badge books on your credit card.
