right the only thing i could find was a website from pogo itself telling you where to go to find out about why the account is suspended or banned

Okay, this is my first time i seen this on the screen, i seen Currently Prevented for years, so according to this one, i am not sure how many days and weeks or is it forever for my account suspended?
