You have 5 cards on the board and each card has 3 more under it you have to clear all 4 cards in one stack 
example 2 of a kind
            3 of a kind
            4 of a kind
            5 of a kind are all in the same stack and you have to clear them all (put the required dice on the cards)and you will get 1 clear all for each stack that you complete.
