Thanks for the info, Chummy. I was about to buy the cheat, now I'll wait. Besides I like doing the puzzles by hand.

why bother to put it on hard Just get the puzzle done on MEDIUM until
there is a fix for it Just let the agent get the badge for you
Like Chummy said there are working on it. So work the agent on MEDIUM Then you can watch TV, have a snack  <:> relax, or go shopping ,
and wait and get your badge It will happen

You have to exit the puzzle with like 3 peices left to place while playing on medium. Then when you strart game up again it will ask you if you want to continue last puzzle BEFORE you say yes change difficulty level to HARD.
Then start puzzle and place your last pieces. It will give you credit for completeing it on hard. Hope this helps.

 :OO hi can someone help me?
i have the latest sherlock agent and when i play it on hard level it keeps changing it to medium. i have tryed it on ie firefox and it still does the same thing. it plays very well on medium but i want the badge for the hard level from the mix and match album.
