can someone help me.....i just bought the whole package for $150 but i never recieved a password ...i did recieve a confirmation email....whats going on?

Something is wrong with your pc if it won't let you save the file. Try using your computers Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmenter tools and trying again.

ok  i  delected  and re  downloaded  2  times  and still tell me not a  valid win 32

Delete the program. Reboot your pc and download again.

when i downloaded the  agent it  tells me not a win32  app and i  have  delected it and  try  to  download  it  3  or  4  times
