I had a lot of problems before. This is what I did. I deleted cookies and temp file, rebooted and only ran the game and the auto. Nothing else. If you have programs that automatically start when u turn on ur comp, then turn them off, like the feedreader. I still had to select the new cases but I still got all of them.

mine runs at about 70% for completing puzzles.  It does hang up every once in a while.  And sometimes it will give up with only a few piece left in the puzzle.  But I am up to date on the badges so I can't complain to much.

BH will make it better.

i have just got the auto for jigsaw detective (sherlock), its going great but after solving 3 puzzles it just hangs and i have to go back and click to get it going again, i was just wondering is this the way it always is , or is there a problem with the auto  :-\   >:(
