I was having same problem then realized I had changed my screen setting -once again working fine -  make sure you are using what programer recommends.  Hope this helps

im getting this message also,i let it run for a half hour and it still wouldnt start the game up...

This program worked fine as a trial - and when I first bought it but now it doesn't run for long before it gives me the message about invalid device contex (DX) handle.

I've deleted it, reinstalled it - and I'm still having the same problem.
