When I first joined Pogo and BH I used paypal, but actually I didn't like it. Now use CC and when get the email receipt from BH it doesn't say what auto it is for, then I get an email requesting my reg. code for the auto which has initials of the auto, when I send the code I add the name of the game on the address line.  Then all goes into a BH folder and tell by the dates which receipt goes with which game.  Plus after I finish the registration process (paying for the auto) there is another copy of the transaction which I c/p and put in my notebook.

I was having some problems a few months back, and Homer was mostly bald, but it all grew back nicely.

You guys are the greatest... You know that is a fact!  Many like me have kept coming back for many years. You are always helpful... can't believe you all have not pulled your hair out yet   !@#$

Maybe in the future I can do all my purchases through you??  I always have difficulty when purchasing and I follow all the recommendations.  I recently made a purchase.... simple purchase.... and it took DAYS to fix all the wrongs.  They stopped answering my emails, too.   It makes me not want to purchase because of the aggravation.

I have been buying programs from 11-25-04 (bought the buy them all) then add ons were 2 for 1 ($10).  I used my late husbands account as well as mine to add on programs.  Back then we didn't put the name of the second program on the pay pal order form.  Now I have a problem getting codes for five of the add ons because of that ... several weeks ago I sent one for hog heaven... don't know if it was paired with the right 2 for 1 program.... the replace codes never responded telling me anything or giving me the code... so I just gave up. If I want the programs that bad .. will spend 5 more dollars later. HOWEVER, the past is going to repeat itself one day and hopefully we can prevent it from happening again.... Now since we do things differently and it is five dollars each we don't have to go through pay pal and the receipt is mailed to us.... Which does not have the name of the program on it... I can see where this is going to be a BIG problem from experience....  if in a year from now I have a problem with my computer or upgrade and buy another computer (as I do every yr or two) it will be a problem trying to figure the mess out.....   I think you have come a long way over the past 4 yrs and the improvements you have made are great.... Hopefully you will make one more BIG improvement and start putting the name of the program purchased on the receipt.
