Right-click on My Computer
Click on Manage
Expand Local Users and Groups
Click on Groups
Double click on Administrators
Click on Add
Enter the account name on this machine that you want to assign administrative privileges to
OK your way back out.

ok on the flash player problem, which i have worked on this for days now, girls18.gif :OO := it is also saying i do not have permission to install any ideas on what to do  peeeeeeeeeze

i am having the same problems with the flash player, i installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, and installed again :'(( i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it still not working, ::) i cant even go in a room, keeps saying error on page, sone on help please.  :OO :OO :OO mine is on the game operation mania

 girls18.gif I am totally bummed out ! I was rank 49 in Word Riot when I got this dang update flash player thing. I remembered seeing this topic on here so came and looked up what to do ( I may not post much but I am a devoted reader and doer when things go awry)I followed the uninstall and reinstall flash player instructions  like a good girl ""
Went to Word Riot and now I am back at Rank 0 samurai.gif Anything I can do to recover my ranks?

I always get a computer generated aknowledgement of receipt of the TSR, but have never gotten a "personal" email.

Ok I found this on Pogo Help Section because a friend was having probs with Flash and it DOES work !!
The first method did

If you are having a problem with being asked to install the Flash Player but are then encountering an error please try these steps:

First you will need to do a Clean Uninstall of Flash

   1. Go to Adobe's website and click on the 'Flash Player Uninstaller' for your operating system
   2. Choose Save, and then save the file to your desktop
   3. Right-click on the file you downloaded and choose 'Create Shortcut'
   4. Right-click on the Shortcut you just made and choose 'Properties'
   5. A new screen will appear. In the Target field add " /clean" so that it looks like this:
      "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\uninstall_flash_player.exe"  /clean
      Note: Make sure there is a space after the " and before the /
   6. Click OK
   7. Double-click on the Shortcut you created to run it
   8. Click OK and Close when prompted

Next you need to run the game and install the latest Flash Player

   1. Launch the game and you will be prompted to install the latest Flash player
   2. Click OK to install the Flash Player, it should install and you should be able to play the game
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If after following those steps above you are still encountering the Flash error please try these additional steps:

Your game has a special flash installer included in the download. This file is found in the following directory by default

C:\Program files\Oberon Media\<Your game's name>\Tools\InstallFlash9.exe

Please follow these instructions to browse to the above location and install the correct version of flash:

   1. Click on My Computer
   2. Double-Click C: (This is the default install directory)
   3. Double-Click Program Files
   4. Double-Click Oberon Media
   5. Double-Click <Your game's name>
   6. Double-Click Tools
   7. Double-Click InstallFlash9.exe

This file should reinstall the correct files for your flash player.
