DB'ing in poker is intended more for transferring tokens from one of your accounts to another of your accounts. ;) It isn't intended to defraud anyone.

You can double browse - but I would recommend not doing it
Not worth the hassle or u will get booted from pogo real quick if they even suspect you are

Go check out Double Browser on the community page.  In short, you need two different browsers (I.E and Netscape, Firefox, Opera etc..) with two separate types of Java.
Then go to a poker room, sign in for a private table (you don't want visitors while you're doing this) on one browser and enter the table with the other.  Bet it up on both sided and have you're losing account fold at the end.. Voila!

That's it in a nutshell.  But if I were you, I'd look up posts regarding "token dumping" on these forums.  There's a lot of valuable info to be had... :)
