His blood/alcohol level was 3x over the legal limit, he had previously been ordered to go through rehab for alcohol which he did not complete, he did complete a court ordered rehap for drugs, then when he was in for another alcohol rehab, he was so out of control he got tossed out.

He was also driving on a suspended license in his father's minivan.

What a real winner that guy is.

Cops say someone driving a minivan blew through a red light and hit the Mitsubishi that Adenhart was riding in. Three people were killed in the crash, including Nick.

Cops say the person driving the van fled the scene -- but was later caught and charged with felony hit-and-run.
