Make sure you save it to computer...then open as administrator and run your computer in classic mode. Just like Homer said.

Be sure you have game window open too.

Mine is working with both programs running right now and I have Vista.

I have used the Pinochle counter on Vista without any problems!  Just make sure you have Vista set up in Windows Classic mode as Homer suggested.  tumbsup.gif
