I finally got the program to work after I added the setup xxx.exe to the DEP file.

redownload from BH website

Ok I found the DEP under the system/advance systemsettings/performance settings/Data Execution Prevention. The DEP was set for "just windows essential programs" when I got there.

Now what? Do I "add" a program to exception list?

Is there a DEP-compatible version of the program?

I read topic and tried to find the mentioned " Data Execution Prevention tab", without success, on my Vista system. I looked at all likey prospects to no avail. I missed the file somehow. Thanks.
