I'd like to see a banned user list on P
and reason why, like for maybe the last 3 weeks or so

people are banned for a variety of reasons.....cheats, threats, stalking, etc.

thats been there for years ...

they can't prove you were using an auto (unless you have one running 24/7 for weeks at a time)

wouldn't worry about it.

WordzW gets emails all the time from prize winners (thanking him and whatnot)

This is nothing new. Just more scare tactics from pogo. If you use the programs wisely I do not feel they will catch you.

Cheat Programs are Not Allowed on Pogo!
If you play certain games, there's no doubt you've seen the chat spam from certain undesirable players advertising cheat programs that 'play the games for you.' They state that you can win multitudes of tokens and even jackpots by purchasing their product. What they don't tell you is that you can also lose your account, forfeit any winnings, and if you play on Club Pogo, you will lose any paid time remaining on your membership.

We do take cheating seriously. Anytime someone wins a jackpot, we audit the account and if it is determined that the account has been using cheat software, we will block that account, and we will forfeit the prize. We have disqualified more than a few players for use of the cheat program. We have also blocked a great number of accounts for using such programs.

As stated in our Prize Rules:

"The use of machines, computers, scripts or any automated system to play the Games is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. pogo.com may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrants who pogo.com, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules."

If you have purchased one of these programs, we strongly urge you to contact the vendor and request your money back. The product that they are selling is a product made to use on our site exclusively, yet it is against our rules. If they refuse to return your money, you might consider contacting your bank or credit card company to get your money back.
