No. Every week, Pogo offers ONE weekly iPogo challenge that is usually very easy. You can only play on an iPhone, iPad or iTouch.
The badges are available on Wednesdays, usually at 10 a.m. eastern/7 a.m. pacific. You cannot activate old weekly challenges at this point and none of the six games, each with 50 ranks, have any rank badges.

i'm lost...are these rank badges?

There are no rank badges (yet) for iPhone games, even though they all have 50 ranks. You cannot go back (yet) to earn old challenges missed nor can you activate old challenges you have won to try to get them x2, x3, etc. The iPhone badges only show up in your overall Pogo album, not in a special iPhone album, not in Special Edition and not in yearly.
You can see the badges in your iPhone/iTouch/iPad in the app.

Yes, I'm not sure but I think if you miss one you can't play it in the future
