Yep, when going through my albums last night, I clicked on Starry Night and it says right there that it's for having completed a M&M album.

I don't think Starry Night Secret is a mix and match, mine showed it was for one of those complete X amount of challenges in X amount of time.
Also, Famous Painting Series is a mix and match special completion badge and isn't listed.
I can confirm that Starry Night is an album completion badge. It was my 16th Mix album. Starry Night is a van Gogh or Picasso painting.
