My main question  (I can hear everyone laughing already), is, when it completes a puzzle is it supposed to just sit there or move on to the next puzzle?  When it completes on for me, it just sits there or moves the box all over the screen instead of clicking on ok.   Is this normal or is it the gremlin that lives in my puter?   Thanks again for all your help and keep up the good work.

I have the same problem.  When I leave the auto to run by itself, it will do that (not all the time) but for no apparent reason.  It's usually when it says "Puzzle Complete...New Image Available"  but that's the only time it happens.  So i have to babysit my auto, which is not bad.

Hi everyone, I have been lurking around this place for a couple of months and figured it was time for me to open my mouth.
First of all I have to say that I Love This Place!!!    Thanks for all the help and the autos, I am trying them and purchasing them one by one.

My question (s) relate to the Jigsaw Detector and please don't think I'm crazy  :)   While using the trial, I would have a few things happen and I see others have had the same problems:
detector would pile pieces in the corner and freeze, would assemble part of the border and then move it and freak out, sort pieces wrong or just plain not work.   I have had all of this happen on the same trial, one puzzle it would work, the next it wouldn't.  The average time to complete a puzzle is 18 min.  Hey, I'm not complaining about that, I hate doing the puzzles anyway.  But no matter what speed I try it on it moves the same rate.  I'm beginning to think my puter is just possesed.
Here is what I am using:
1) Operating system Windows 2000
2) Browser Internet Explorer (tried Firefox and Netscape doesn't work at all)
3) Color setting  32 bit
4) Screen resolution 1024x768
5) Smooth edges unchecked
6) Have tried Sun and VM same problem with both
(7) Using broadband

My main question  (I can hear everyone laughing already), is, when it completes a puzzle is it supposed to just sit there or move on to the next puzzle?  When it completes on for me, it just sits there or moves the box all over the screen instead of clicking on ok.   Is this normal or is it the gremlin that lives in my puter?   Thanks again for all your help and keep up the good work.

You may have accidentally moved your mouse. I have found if you move the mouse after starting the auto at the end of the puzzzle that box will move all over the screen and not allow you to continue. Try to set your auto where it won't interfere with the puzzle screen and press start but don't move the mouse after starting. See if that helps. ;)

Tyvm Bob.That's what I thought, but wasn't sure.I have tried that Motley minimizing my AOL.Problem I get Jigsaw moving my whole border and trying to put pieces where the border is moved too.I really don't care about how long it will take to do a puzzle 3 min or 20 min.Just wish it wouldn't move border.Maybe I can send a screenshot might be more helpful? Which will bring me to how do you take a screen shot and send it? Awesome auto except for moving my border  O0

Ok, I have a broadband connection through my cable company and still have AOL, the only reason I still have it is because it comes in handy sometimes when the cable is down and I still pay $9.95 a month for it because I told AOL I was poor and had to cancel my subscription (lol..they gave me 3 free months too boot).  Anyway, if you have Dial-up you can run AOL and another browser...just minimize AOL and open your other browser.

I think you go to
Tools
Internet Options
Advanced
Then scroll down

However, I'm at work and only have MS VM here.  So I can't check to be sure...
