It's been explained repeatedly in the main Bing bot thread.
Here's a copy and paste from one of Mayhem's posts:
Windows Live accounts:
test@test.com/password
test2@test.com/password
Facebook accounts :
FB:test@test.com/password
FB:test2@test.com/password
To set different search counts for each account, it's like this :
test@test.com/password/30
test2@test.com/password/90
