its the badge for the two musical notes..i thought when a musical note lit up that was considered a count toward it

If you mean Big Hair Stroll Badge it states:

If you mean the one inside Brave Service PBA:

can someone tell me how you get this badge,i thought all you had to do was to light a musical note up two times to get it,but I lit one up and didn't get any credit...
