i am trying to get that 36 chain badge before i use an auto. i like the game and it was well worth the wait. i guess its because there wasnt alot of hype about it before it came out so there werent any expectations ahead of time and that is a good thing. i have a 35 chain so far and was mad that i couldnt get that last one, but i am not giving up hope yet. happy stomping everyone ;).

- June 10, 2005, 11:24:08 PMI posted earlier before poppazoppa was released and am happy to admit that i was wrong, the game is the same strategy as the old version, allmost as much fun, still miss my penguin tho, LOL those who used to play the old version years ago know what i mean.. ;) got my 36 badge on first day game three, game still a little buggy tho but sure pogo will fix it like they did casino island BJ that game was buggy for weeks but they got it running good now .. heres a hello to all the old poppazoppa fans who protested the removal of the game years ago and welcome back O0

- June 10, 2005, 09:01:59 PMOh ok that kind of answers my question. The autos are made by different people and done differently depending on whos doing them. I know that I have like 10 autos and Tri-peaks and Squelchies is the only auto that has put a little folder in my program list and says "run from badgehelp.com" which was odd cause none of the other ones did that. They usually save to my desktop (one file) and that's nice and clean- Those two were different.

- June 10, 2005, 07:53:46 PMNot to take sides or anything here... but Bob and Joe's autos work correctly for me now, they don't flash, they all have their own personalities and they're quick, light loading on the system and do exactly what they're supposed to do.
I dunno about anyone else, but I've had issues with Josh's autos. Yes, we can now click on that fancy (read annoying as all hell) flasher, but I also don't like the extra files it creates on my system. Yes, I've found them, and no, I don't appreciate them. I am slowly workin' through my autos to ditch the ones with the flasher. There could be a lawsuit (epileptic seizure) in the making if that falls into the wrong hands.
I've also IMed someone that was running Josh's autos, and that very nearly caused them to have to reformat, simply because Josh's autos went bonkers and started clicking on various things.
And no, Joe's auto is far from being dumb. It works exactly like it's supposed to, leaving you to NOT babysit the auto.

- June 10, 2005, 07:07:11 PMi agree with barbara i didn't find nothing dumb about harvest i truly enjoyed the game. I got all the badges in one week without and auto that is how much i enjoyed it. I hope in future they consider adding ranks.
