Hi, Joy.  I have had the same problem as you.  What I have discovered is that if you're playing the most recent puzzles in the game (like the Aug. 17th or 16th or15th on the calendar), PB may not have had time to input the answers.  What I do is go to the calendar month in the past (I think you can go 5 or 6 mos. in the past) and I do those puzzles.  THe auto won't use hints for those.

Disclaimer:  once I did what I am suggesting and it still used hints.  I waited to try on another day and it worked as I've described.

I have send Pogo buddies 10 snapshots.  I am using windows 10. Setting 100 . Tried Edge, Firefox and Goggle chrome.
I can not get it to stop using the Hint bottom. I have unchecked,from the program. When I send them the snapshot. I get a robot answer no one reads the report that, I have sent. Can someone help?
